Thomas Arato B.a.Sc – Managing Partner

Prior to working in the Real Estate industry, Thomas was a successful Materials Engineer working for Integran Technologies Inc., an advanced materials company. This is Thomas’ first start-up company and has a diverse Engineering and Marketing background from his extensive experience working with small and medium sized businesses. Thomas has had a close working relationship with Adam Sax in the past as an original employee of Saxcom Canada Inc and Seven L Networks, and this will be their third venture working together and first as partners.

Thomas is a graduate of Materials Engineering at the University of Toronto.

Adam Sax- Managing Partner

Adam has been an visionary entrepreneur all his life. He has managed businesses in both the IT sector and the food/beverage industry. As his first venture, Adam started Saxcom Solutions, a retail computer company that eventually merged with Seven L Networks, a web hosting and development company. At Seven L Networks Adam's work ethic and intuition catapulted him to become Chief Operating Officer within three years.

Adam has always shown a keen eye for finding niche markets with the potential for success. With the help of a couple of partners, Adam started Tennenbaum's Gourmet Hamburgers in London, Ontario. Home to The University of Western Ontario. Adam has always demonstrated an uncanny ability to find the right people for the job and is one of the proud founders of Costa Rica Estates.

Tim Alexander

Tim Alexander has been working in the real estate industry for over 30 years and brings a wealth of development experience and knowledge to the CRE Team. Tim began his career in Vancouver, Canada in the investment brokerage business in 1978. He soon graduated to deal structuring and , real estate syndication throughout North America and conducted investment business across Canada and the United States. .

In 1983, Tim relocated to California to continue his pursuit of real estate development projects. He successfully built and managed condominiums, hotels, single family residential developments, and office developments for his own company and others.

Pursuing a life long ambition to create a international real estate platform, Tim's business graduated to international development culminating with a move to Costa Rica in 2007, where he now resides and bases his real estate and development activities. Tim is best known for his innovative style, creative solutions, careful attention to detail, and fair business ethics. Tim is on the ground in Costa Rica representing the interests of CRE clients in Costa Rica and looks forward to working with fellow Canadians.
