Our presentation center is attached to the Four Seasons Hotel in Yorkville, the financial and social epicentre of Toronto. Thousands of cars and pedestrians pass our offices and see our signs every day, not to mention the countless guests of one of Toronto's most prestigious hotels. Our presentation center is a tool we use to meet clients, promote our developments and conduct bi-weekly seminars that have been attended by hundreds of Canadians interested in learning about the Costa Rican real estate market.

In addition to our unique presentation center, over the course of the past 5 years we have implemented our own online lead generation system that produces hundreds of qualified leads every month. We are masters at developing web based traffic, combining web pages, landing pages, Google Key Words, and a full spectrum of Social Media including Facebook pages, Twitter accounts and LinkedIn accounts  to create the online force you need to effectively and efficiently promote your development.
