The Costa Rica Estates team is comprised of a diverse group of dedicated professionals. Our goal is to take the time to help each and every one of our clients find real estate, purchase real estate or plan a vacation to Costa Rica. Our job is to conduct our due diligence when researching real estate opportunities, ensuring our clients are conducting  safe, secure and transparent transactions.

Our management team carefully explores all the pertinent details of every property offered at Costa Rica Estates. We examine the financial stability and proposed master plan of each development. No detail is too small, and thus it is our responsibility to examine the developers' corporate and personal reputation in Costa Rica and abroad, building time-line and costs. We take pride in visiting every site and examining the full development picture, to ensure our clients are purchasing only the highest quality real estate in Costa Rica.

Management

Adam Sax – Managing Partner

Adam has been an entrepreneur all his life and has always shown a keen eye for finding niche markets that show potential for success.. He has achieved a high level of success owning and managing businesses in both the IT sector and the food/beverage industry. At the age of sixteen Adam started a retail computer company that eventually merged with Seven L Networks, a web hosting and development company.

Adam is currently a licensed sales representative with Royal LePage, Canada's largest real estate brokerage. He has spent parts of the past 5 years working directly along side some of Toronto's top real estate developers who have been mentors and encouraged him to get into land development. Adam is currently a developer in Costa Rica, and is partnered with Thomas Arato as the founders of Ridge Valley Estates.

Marketing and innovation are by far Adam's strongest skill set. As one of the founders of Costa Rica Estates, Adam has been instrumental in establishing North America's first full fledge Costa Rica marketing / media firm. Adam is currently splitting his time between the Costa Rica Estates head offices in Toronto and Costa Rica.

Thomas Arato B.A.Sc – Managing Partner

Thomas graduated from the Material Engineering program at the University of Toronto. Prior to working in real estate, Thomas worked for Integran Technologies Inc an advanced materials company, as a Materials Engineer. This is Thomas' second start-up company and has a unique Engineering and Marketing background from his experience working with small and medium sized businesses.

Thomas is currently a developer in Costa Rica and is partnered with Adam Sax as one of the founders of Ridge Valley Estates.

As one of the founders of Costa Rica Estates, Thomas's strongest skill set is intrinsic knowledge of Costa Rica and its real estate industry and has a strong working knowledge of the Costa Rican Legal and Financial systems. Thomas is known for his infectious personality and is currently splitting his time working at the Costa Rica Estates head offices in Toronto and in Costa Rica.

Mario Vindas – Managing Partner

Mario Vindas, went to The Ohio State University, is an English speaking Costa Rican who has lived in the country most of his life Mario has plenty of experience in the construction and infrastructure industry in Costa Rica. He has worked on projects all over the country from Atenas to Jaco. Mario brings a local presence to this Canadian owned development and provides hands on management to everything from Engineering / Architectural Renderings to infrastructure installation. Mr. Vindas is a sustained local presence overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project and can provide peace of mind to all interested in investing in Ridge Valley Estates.
